First visit

Massage does not require special preparation. However, it is advised to not eat heavy meals approximately 1.5 hours before the session. Before going for the massage, it is necessary to take a shower, which can be done at my office. During the massage, I use a variety of oils and other cosmetics, so you can also take a bath after the session.

In any acquaintance, and even more so in massage, trust is essential. Therefore, you don't have to go to the massage table immediately after entering. First, lay down your things comfortably, have some water or tea, tell me how your day went. Also, you can speak about your illnesses to which I need to pay attention because massage has quite a few counter-indications. I will then leave you in the room for a while so that you can quietly get ready. You will find disposable underwear and a clean towel for you on the table. If you wish, you can stay in your underwear. Remember - this is time for you and only you. This is a time when you should relax and let go. However, if you feel any kind of discomfort, please let me know, whether it's the temperature in the room, too much or too little pressure, or focusing on specific parts of your body.
